The catering facilities are not in operation. The location of Villa 44 is directly on Calle Mar Caspio opposite the H 10 Palace Hotel Meloneras. Villa Feliz 44 has its own access and is completely self-sufficient. As far as possible, the property is not visible, so that a private stay is possible.
